At Oracle Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, items with broken tamper-evident seals are ineligible for return.

Place the unopened jewelry in its original decorative box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided return shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our studio verifies the hygiene seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
